Taking Hold: Calendar 2025

Art Calendar 2025 is a selection of collages from the series TAKING HOLD, a collection of mixed media collage artworks on 14”x11” cradled wood panels. Each artwork offers a poetic vision on what it means to “take hold”, to seize the moment in a wildly shifting world.  Through body movements and gestures, each collage captures emotions and mysteries in colourful semi-abstract landscapes. By paying attention and taking hold of NOW, we can hold many things and many roles because we are interconnected to everything.  Daily adventures of the unknown give us the opportunity to reach forward, hold open the curtain and with choice, move through to the next space. This collection is dedicated to all those who choose to “take hold”…to be creative in thinking and doing.
